Michael Ludlow

Mike Ludlow is a Managing Director and Head of Research and Fund Communications at Future Standard, where he is responsible for the creation of investment research and communications to support distribution of the firm’s investment offerings. In this role, he helps formulate the firm’s strategy and communications across all phases of an offering’s life cycle and deliver educational resources on the alternative investment industry.

Prior to joining Future Standard, Mr. Ludlow served as Director within the Capital Markets Group at Hexagon Securities, a boutique investment bank. At Hexagon, he provided corporate advisory services to private U.S. companies including debt restructurings, private placements, mergers, acquisitions and other corporate finance assignments primarily within the financial services industry. Previously, he was a Vice President of Fixed Income Sales and Trading at Cohen & Company where he focused on the securitization and distribution of corporate, residential mortgage, commercial mortgage and real estate assets.

He holds a BS in Finance from Villanova University.
