Ryan Robertson

Ryan Robertson serves as Managing Director and Co-Head of U.S. Distribution at Future Standard, where he oversees all external and internal sales professionals across the firm’s expanding distribution platform. Mr. Robertson is responsible for the development and growth of the firm’s wirehouse, registered investment advisor and independent broker-dealer channels.

Before joining Future Standard, Mr. Robertson spent eight years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, most recently as a Vice President and Divisional Sales Manager for its wirehouse and regional broker-dealer distribution channel. Earlier in his career, he served as a Regional Marketing Director at Hartford Mutual Funds. Before beginning his career in financial services, Mr. Robertson was a professional basketball player, competing in the NBA with the Sacramento Kings and internationally in Europe.

He holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from the University of Kansas.

Mr. Robertson serves on the Board of Governors for the Money Management Institute (MMI), helping to shape the strategic direction of the investment advisory solutions industry.
