Steven Oblack

Steven Oblack is a Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Solutions at Future Standard. As a member of the Future Standard Real Estate Team, Mr. Oblack is primarily responsible for market and strategy reviews with investors and financial advisors. He is also involved in real estate product development and client solution initiatives.

Mr. Oblack has over 29 years of experience in the financial services industry, having spent the last 19 years focused on alternative investments. His past experience includes roles at Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners and Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He has knowledge across a broad spectrum of alternative investment strategies and structures, and has worked with institutional, intermediary and individual investors.

Mr. Oblack received his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and his BA in Economics from Bates College. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
