Future Standard Hires Chris D’Auria as Head of CLO Capital Markets

PHILADELPHIA, September 8, 2025 — Future Standard, an $86 billion global alternative asset manager, today announced Chris D’Auria has joined the firm as Managing Director, Head of CLO Capital Markets. Mr. D’Auria will dually report to Chris Condelles, Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer and co-head of the firm’s Bridge Street CLO platform, and Kevin Silva, Global Head of Institutional Business Development.

Mr. D’Auria brings over 25 years of experience from leading CLO issuers across all aspects of the industry, including originating, structuring and marketing CLOs. He most recently spent nine years at LCM Asset Management as Head of Business Development. Prior to joining LCM, he was a Managing Director and co-head of the global CLO business at Deutsche Bank. Chris began his career as a structurer on Deutsche Bank’s CLO team. He earned a bachelor’s degree with honors from Johns Hopkins University.
